1. Booking and Consent Forms:

Firstly, the boring legal stuff!

2. Suggested Clothing and Equipment Lists

Suggested  Clothing (for day-long Activities):

  • Waterproof coat and trousers
  • Fleece/Warm Layer (two or three in cold weather)
  • Hat, Gloves and Scarf
  • Sturdy Footwear (walking boots or wellies)
  • Personal Medication
  • Long hair tied back
  • Natural clothing materials are better around the fire than man-made ones

3. Activity Location and Directions

4. Meeting Point

We shall meet at the start time of the activity to the front of the Hall- near the main entrance. Please come dressed for the activity. If you have booked a bespoke activity then please see the booking email for the start time.

5. Catering and Dietary Needs

For any activities that include cooking or catering then we aim to cater for all dietary needs; if you have any allergies or specific dietary needs then please contact us via the Contact Form below to let us know the activity, date and the details and we shall seek to meet them!

6. Insurance

Please see the document for the current insurance certificate (if at the time of booking your activity will take place after the 30th April 2019 the renewed certificate will be forwarded to you).
