Please note: Rewilding Adventure has an excellennt safety record. Yet, the concept of ‘Adventure’, by definition includes an element of risk; indeed, there is risk involved in the outdoor adventure, Forest School and bushcraft activities undertaken by Rewilding Adventure. Every reasonable effort has been made to reduce, avoid or remove risks.
1. Participant Information Form:
Here’s the link to the Participant Information Form; please download, print and complete one of these for each person attending. We shall have paper copies available upon arrival if needed.

2. Suggested Clothing and Equipment Lists
Suggested Clothing (for day-long Activities):
- Waterproof coat and trousers
- Fleece/Warm Layer (two or three in cold weather)
- Hat, Gloves and Scarf
- Sturdy Footwear (walking boots or wellies)
- Long hair tied back
- Natural clothing materials are better around the fire than man-made ones
- Personal Medication

4. Meeting Point & Itinerary:
We shall meet at the start time of the activity to the front of the Hall- near the main entrance. Please come dressed for the activity. If you have booked a bespoke activity then please see the booking email for the start time, otherwise- the start times of the activities will be as follows…
Adventure Activity Days:
10.00am – 4.00pm.
Once we’ve met, we’ll head into the forest for the morning; returning for a quick toilet visit at lunch time. We’ll have lunch around the campfire, and return to the Hall for 4pm.
Family Adventure Activity Day:
Session 1: 10.00am – 11.30pm
Session 2: 1.00pm – 2.30pm
Session 3: 3.00pm – 4.30pm
For these 90 minute sessions we’ll meet you shortly before the start time and take the short walk up to the activty site we’re using.
5. Catering and Dietary Needs:
For any activities that include cooking or catering then we aim to cater for all dietary needs; if you have any allergies or specific dietary needs then please contact us via the Contact Form below to let us know the activity, date and the details and we shall seek to meet them!
6. Why not enjoy the Estate!
With an amazing Estate and glorious Hall, there’s the opportunity to enjoy fine food and drink before, during or after your adventure.
The Poachers Bar offers a delicious light lunch menu everyday which is available to both residents and visitors alike; whilst the Brasserie offers a celebration of the best of French brasserie food, combined with Yorkshire specialities. There’s also the relaxing treatments available in the Spa! Incidentally- the times coincide with the Advneture Actvity Days- so leave the children with us and go and have some quality you time!
