Wild Activity Day (Easter 2026)

Our Wild Activity Days allow children aged 8-14 years to enjoy the woods during the school holidays. Bring a waterproof coat, dress for the weather (hat and gloves if it’s chilly…), with sturdy footwear (wellies or walking boots are ideal) send a packed lunch with drinks and any personal medication, drop them off for 10am then we’ll hand them back at 4pm, tired, happy and full of fresh air.

We’ll explore the wood and light the fire, maybe shoot some arrows or throw some axes on the range. We’ll eat lunch around the fire under our parachute shelter in the camp.

The Wild Activity Days take place at Rewilding Adventure, Redcar Road, Dunsdale, TS14 6RH.

It’s a good idea to send them with a change of clothes, mainly for when they come home, so they can get changed and not get your car filthy! Bin bags are a good idea to put mucky clothes in and to protect car seats. They are likely to come home muddy (very muddy! More muddy than you’re expecting…) and need a bath! Please leave mobile phones and other devices at home.

Please provide the names of the children who you have booked on, so we can add them to the attendance list; include any healthy, food allergy or intolerance notes in the comment section also.

Please: make a note of the dates you are booking (we often get parents ringing up who have forgotten the dates). The days start at 10am, you can drop off shortly before, around 9.45am; see the address above (make a note of that too…).

Places are limited and unfortunately the ages are dictated by child care law.
